Candida Die Off
If you are having treatment for candida then it is likely that you will experience candida die off. Although this can be extremely unpleasant it is actually a sign that the treatment is being effective. When i took chitin synthesis inhibitor to kill my candida i experienced some very unappealing candida die off signs. I basically has yeast infection in every possible orifice! Not pleasant at all. The good news is that this only lasted 5 days and i started to feel immensely better. So what is candida die off and why does it happen??
If you have the candida fungus then it will be slowly releasing toxins into your body which it causing the bad health that you experience. When you attack the fungus and it is actually successfully being killed then as a last death nel it releases all its toxins at once. This is why you suddenly seem to get worse. Think of it like a dam, normally you have a slow trickle. But when you use something such as chitin synthesis inhibitor then you are basically blowing up the dam and all the flood is released at once. This will clearly make you feel poorly.
The only advice i can give you for dealing with this is to grin and bear it. take some time off. Rest. The good news that you have to keep telling yourself is that the fungus is dying.
